She launched her career in 1995 as an Accounts Executive with a public listed company before moving into management consulting, where she built a solid foundation in corporate secretarial practice. In 1997, she joined PFA/Tricor as an Executive and rose through the ranks to become Director in 2011. Her leadership journey continued when she was appointed Head of the Corporate Secretarial Department at TMF Malaysia in 2012 and later promoted to Managing Director in 2021. In this role, she oversaw 200 staff across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Labuan, while managing corporate secretarial responsibilities for both local and group entities. In 2026, she took on a new challenge as Chief Executive Officer of Circadia Malaysia.
